Since 2002 I have rung a number of full peals. Simply put, a peal is 5000+ changes of the order of the bells and it takes about 3 hours on average.

Whilst more enthusiastic in the early days, I have all but retired from the pastime these days, preferring to ring shorter lengths such as Quarter Peals.
